“The People, United, Can Never Be Defeated ! “It was a warm July evening. The sun was about to set and pave way for that wondrous rock made of cheese in the night sky. Tonight, was no ordinary moon though; for it brought forth the heavenly Super-moon. No, the moon didn’t suddenly gain super powers; although that would be kind of cool to imagine.
Super Moon ! Objects in image are much larger then they appear.
The Super-moon is the same moon, except it appears much larger and brighter than usual. The scientific community calls this phenomenon the “Perigee moon.” The Super-moon shed I witnessed tonight shed light not just on myself and the people around me but on an issue that needs the world’s undivided attention…(more…)
It was a cold February night. I was studying downstairs in my hall and I noticed that pink brick in the wall . It was completely different from the other bricks there. And then, all of a sudden , one of my all time favorite songs popped up in my head . It kept playing on andon in my mind and wouldn’t stop.
It’s called “Another brick in the wall”.This song was released in 1979 and was composed by Roger Walters. What intrigues me the most about this song is the chorus. It goes “we don’t need no education ….” , if you think about it, we don’t need no education is grammatically incorrect . There’s a double negative present there! So I thought to my self, could it mean that the song was ‘for’ education and ‘not’ against it? I personally feel that the true meaning of this awesome song is that we don’t really need education but knowledge . Knowledge to help us stand up and triumph against figures of authority and others who oppose our will to live by the ideals we choose and love! Here’s the original version .Enjoy =)http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xpxd3pZAVHI
