To a certain  Lighthouse:

This is for you.

Don’t get me wrong, I adore the others just as much. But you’re the reason I’m typing this in the first place.
Personally, I think you could sparkle like a diamond if you chose to; but rather than refracting the same light from the outside you emit your own!
Exactly like a star or a lighthouse. That same beacon of light motivated me profoundly during some of my darkest hours, more than you’ll ever know.

We may not be all that close but  both of us have a habit of inspiring each other.
Also, you have the ability of maintaining such graceful humility, in spite of being in possession of such an exorbitant intellect.
Sometimes, I wonder if you’re an angel. Then again I think we’re all angels to someone, at some point in our lives.

 Hopefully in the future, I’ll be able to give that same light back to somebody who needs it most.  Hopefully, it’ll be half as bright and uplifting as your’s was for me!
